Atley built the in-house creative engine for The Black Tux as VP of Brand & Design, standing up brand and product design, social content & engagement, and production over six years—fueling growth from concept to nearly $100 M in revenue. Our work centered on one value: formalwear should unlock confidence.
We codified that ethos in the Brand Kit and Culture Book, giving teams reliable decision filters. Directed every touchpoint—site, packaging, editorial, retail, and fundraising decks—and launched coaching tools such as The Groom’s Guide and style-advice content to strip away uncertainty and instill confidence. Campaigns fused functional clarity with attainable aspiration, redefining service standards in rental formalwear and catalyzing purpose-driven growth.
